Excellent Guest House
quiet area comfy bed fluffy towels
The hotel sits across from the bay. A short walk led easily into town. Room 10 had no sea view yet looked super clean. A comfy bed plus great shower room came supplied with fluffy towels and toiletries. A kettle with tea and coffee plus sherry was available.

The host looked friendly plus helpful with recommendations. He suggested the Pier House hotel in Port Appin. We enjoyed a fabulous seafood lunch in beautiful surroundings.

There is an area downstairs designed for food preparation. The town center offers numerous restaurants within easy reach. The hotel supplies parking.

The hotel provides a shoreline location. I noted it takes only ten minutes strolling to reach the esplanade and the town. It's a seafood capital.

sea view harbor view walk-in shower
the sea view room was large. it had a good harbor and bay view. bathroom was big and attractive with a walk-in shower. the communal sitting room had sofas and chairs to enjoy the views.

the accommodation location is across the road from the water. watching ferries depart to the islands is a bonus. it is walking distance to the town, woodland walk, castle and distillery.

mark gave eating recommendations in the area. brochures offered information about dining too. i found many places to eat and relax.

The room was spacious and very clean. The guesthouse offered plenty of parking. I found the location to be great!
The shower pressure was almost non-existent. The shower stopped working mid-shower multiple times. A strong, unpleasant smell was coming from the shower drain.

the check-in process was timely. the staff were available upon my early arrival.
the shower's water pressure was practically nonexistent. it stopped working mid-shower multiple times. a strong, unpleasant smell also emanated from the shower drain (the room smelled stale).
